i have searched i was looking at using a s40 with w/ ZC 1.346 3rd & VX 1.066 3rd as 4th with some kind of lsd like mfactory this is the same setup as speedfactory 09 vitara build
But wait there is another option........Though the zc 3rd and vx 3rd for 4th would be the shit for some drag action. How long it holds up depends on said driver........Look around you got a few options
get a 93 ex tranny and pull out the syncros lol and put dog box cut in that ex make sure ur 1 & 2 is long enough cuz if ur going to boost the motor ur going to half to start out in like 3 which is redicilesly idotic if you don't make ur 1&2 longer ull just be spinning tires and burning ur clutch faster ... Trust me a friend of mine built a 490 whp open diff itr motor ... I kno its a b series lol but the fuken dump on that thing was crazy ... Literily he would half to shift frm 1to2 in half a mila sec ... This was just driving daily ... But he was pushin about 32 pounds of boost on two pistons lol ... But if you folks don't baleave me go on you tube and look up team rice brandons ek hatch ull be supprised he spanked a 2jz ... Lol fuck all you haterz hahahaha
and it has much better gearing stock for stock... and will take ALOT more abuse than a dseries tranny stock for stock.. lsd's are the same price.. i havnt seen a dseries put down enough power yet to kill a stock bseries tranny yet anyway.. hell my buddy is pushing 800hp through his stock gsr tranny, with only treated gears.. its worth the change if it can be done.
B series trans you have to get the trans itself, LSD, axles, purchase an adaptor plate or modify the trans, clutch, and fab the mounts. 400whp is enough to break the stock FD.
