So I was searching around for this combination, but all I can find is threads about the oil jet and to use a D15B7 belt, but doesn't say were to install the oil jet and what else is needed for the combo...

Am trying to not use the D16z6 head don't want v-tec if am going boost...
And I know this might have been done so sorry if am repeating this combination again

it goes between cyl 2 and 3, however i think the hole on the vtec block is smaller so the jet may not fit. not 100 percent on that one, maybe someone here has tried. did you think about using a y7 head? no need for adding a oil jet, and you can just use a 1.6 belt. also you wont lose any compression either

Get the oil jet installed, install an a6 cam if you can find one and I think that would be a pretty good turbo motor. Compression will be around 8.6:1 which should give you a good amount of room to play with the turbo.

what would the point in dropping the compression on this set up assuming stock z6 rods and pistons. dropping the compression would only lose power and the stock z6 bottom end is still limited to around a 250 hp mark . meaning you would have to run more boost to get the same results as just boosting a full z6.
