This one does not show code 0 or any other code for that matter. You turn the key to on and the cel comes on for a couple secs and goes off like normal but the fuel pump does not prime. It is ecu related since using my ecu starts the car just fine. Has nothing to do with chipping since it does the same thing with j1 disconnected. My only other guess would be the c14 capacitor I replaced was faulty?

I got that from your previous post but you still haven't told me the board type or explained further into this corrosion damage.

Check the legs of all electrolytic caps on the board and check them well. Moving the caps to see if they feel loose is a way to check for unseen corroded legs as well. These computers are getting old and nearly every one I work on these days needs a handful of lytics replaced.

The corrosion isn't on the board but the plug pins coming into the ecu. It's just a bit of green coloration indicative of moisture. The lacquer on the top side of the board is orange and crusty in most spots around components I don't know if that indicated over-heating or not.

Didn't read the entire post but for a quick fix till you get parts wire up a switch to ground on the fuel pump control wire. It should only work with the key on iirc.
