oil pan leak

i just change the oil pan gasket 2 times and still keeps leaking what can the problem beee

how can the pan get warp before i change the gasket the old gasket was taken out 3 times and put back in and never leak now 2 gaskets been use and leaking real bad and yes thats the only place its leaking form i took my car to my cusins work and thats were all the oil is coming from whats the torque on those bolts supose to be ? thanks for ur help guys

Few things you always want to check when doing an oil pan gasket.

First thing is, run your hand along the side where the gasket sits on, make sure there are no dimples on the oil pan itself. These dimples can rip threw a gasket as soon as you tighten the pan.

The second thing would be pan warpage, always make sure the surface is flat or else its going to keep leaking and leaking.
