So I go to start my car and all it does is crank but won't start. Great I've never had a problem untill today. So I crank it a bit more but put it to the floor. Check the exhause smell fuel so seems to be getting fuel. Take out my ignition tester and there is no spark. Multimeter says that power is going to the dizzy but my external coil isn't getting power. Do you think the dizzy is bad? It has a new cap and rotor put on about 10k ago. Just seems weired to not work after I parked it for a day.. Any help appreciated.

well you have power going to your dizzy and no power coming out... replace your dizzy (i know its expensive) but that sounds like the cuprit... to me anyway or when you replaced your cap and rotor you got some junk parts

O and I checked the bolt for the rotor and it was tight, also no codes. Just kept cranking away.. The cap and rotor are msd with external coil. seems like the little box that sends power to the main coil is bad.
