well i've been doing some research and well i can't really find any. here's the problem i want to see in truth if running the ZC/civic oil cooler will be enough or the B16 oil cooler is an overkill. as you can tell the inlets and outlet are smaller on the zc and bigger with b16. so which will flow better and which one will cool it down but not to cold either. i do understand that bigger isn't alway better either.
i have come across several problems will first i have to tap the block, not a problem but the second is a bit tricker.
now if i used the ZC/civic oil cooler i can use the coolant pipe of the civic coolant. i gotta thanks ben(f00ker) for that bit of info. but if i use the B16 oil cooler i have to tap the the oem coolant pipe and then get the pipe galvanize to prevent it from rusting.
so i'm really trying to find any good info or anyone that has done this type of work so i can get some good useful advice.
thanks
