Good afternoon everyone, I am about to embark on a boost journey. What the title says is the baseline.
1993 EG Sedan. Mods so far are basic.
Suspension:
Front traction bar.
Coilovers.
All bushings, wear parts replaced.
Power to manual steering (full rack swap)
S20B000 transmission, Stage 2 clutch, stock flywheel.
Turbo support:
FMIC, pipes, knock off SSQV
AC delete
340lph fuel pump
Moates Demon2.
AEM wideband
550 emusa injectors
14mm rail w/gauge.
2 1/2" to 3", deleted Cat
Engine: This is my current point
SOHC ZC Duel hole crankshaft
Y7 block/head .
H-Beam rods/ARP Bolts
ARP Head studs.
Z6 pistons.
MLS Y8 head gasket.
T25 turbo from a Saab.
I'll be fabbing the downpipe myself, 2 1/2" which is what the factory pipe was on the Saab I got the turbo from, and connect to my 3" catback.
That's basically my start. I'll add pics later, and if anyone is interested I'll do a step by step of the build, so if I mess up everyone will know what not to do.
I will have to notch it out I believe, but I'll wait for the rods to arrive before I start that.
