you probably could but it seems there is very limited support for what you can actually change in the programming using the common tools. I am sure if you can read code you could do some stuff with it.

 

its got a spot for a latch ic and an eprom so its possable, but most likely just like dpfi there is little want, therefor no or little support.

 

If you are a good electrical engineer and a programmer.........yes. For people like me that ecu is a spare parts ecu.
