yeah you could possibly get more power out of it cause of the smaller chamber in the z6 head will raise the compression and a thin z6 gasket will also aid in compression but if there isnt anything wrong with the engine now i wouldnt touch it the zc non vtec it a pretty healthy engine in stock trim. i think if it was mine and the head had to come off for say maybe a bad head gasket or something id just mill the head and send the cam to exospeed for a regrind and some springs and good bolt-ons and you'd have your self a damn nice reliable b-killer
