no you need you use your original engine harness from the car..

you will need an obd1 ecu,obd0 to obd1 ecu jumper harness,obd0 to obd1 distributor adapter..there might be some things im forgetting...there all so some wiring that will need to be done..

Since it's a DX, then you'll definitely have to do the conversion. I used this to teach me how on my CRX: MPFI Swap I'd suggest getting that out of the way first to make things easier on yourself. To go OBD1, get any ecu jumper (I got mine from ebay for ~$40, pretty good quality). I'm pretty sure the OBD0 transmission will bolt onto the Z6, but can't remember
