Will the roller rockers on the D16y5 work on any of the other heads? Both vtec and non-vtec?

Not that I know of,, I don't remember the reason,, I think it was something to do with the valce trane geometry

Reason I ask is I have a neighbor that has one in his garage that his son swapped out and left there. I think it has under 30,000 and he wants it out of his garage. He told me $200 and its mine. Could I swap a y8 IM and get it to work with a P28 or a PM6?
