if you are planning tp reuse your iacv then you need to shave off the square right beside where the iac sits other than that everything is good to go

on my D15 head there are 3 tabs right under the valve cover that the manifold hits and it wont sit flush. The manifold is out of an automatic 99 ex.

im assuming that is a auto mani i see there are no holes for a iacv on the mani and as for the tube by the head im assuming that is for air injection? correct me if im wrong but anyways i used the manual mani is your car auto?
either way you wont have to trim for the iac if its auto just have to reuse your old throttle body if you are auto now
