First off, what are you trying to do.

Are you ADDING cruise or did someone snip the connectors off????

Those plugs are part of the harness that runs up the column to the steering wheel mounted switch and is tied into the horn and SRS.

removing the AC properly doesn't effect the fan switch. Stock fan switch on the thermosts housing will still do it's job.

Now if you want to add manual control, you'll need to check those switches. I believe they are momentary, not NO/NC. We added a manual fan switch down in the console behind the shifter.

still interested in enquiring this plug...if not for the fan for something else? which is why i bought the cruise switch to begin with... alot cleaner install that installing a toggle switch somewhere

my buddy won't sell just the plug, but he did suggest the likely the connactor is common to all cruise switches, that your switch to the junk yard and find out.
