Looking for a DOHC ZC transmission - the flavor that needs an intermediate shaft.

The Cusco diff from my first one cracked its case a while back and loaded the oil up with powdered metal on the drive home. I'm not looking forward to cleaning that up, so I'm thinking I'll start fresh(er) unless there's none around. In that case, I'm looking for a vanilla ZC open diff.

I should have 1-2 OEM diff's laying under the bench, unless I junked them.

I will look when I get a chance but right now I have three race builds on the benches, one has a dyno appointment this Saturday and parts/diff showing up today/Tuesday.

Thanks.
Got any more of those 0.771 5th gear sets? I've been sharing the one I have between my ZC and (backup) DX trans. Or better yet, will a 0.702 5th from an S20 or S40 will fit an L3? I thought I read it will work if you swap the synchro assembly and shift fork along with it. Might've dreamt it.

all 88-2000 D 5ths are direct interchange.

Shipping zip code?

Found a diff with bearings, but it has light surface rust. Also found a .771 5th if interested.

$50 for diff, $25 for 5th, then add in shipping costs.

I'll take the diff... Seems like everything on these cars has at least surface rust, painted or not. I think I'll scrounge for a .702 set at the scrap yard. Looks like almost every stick '92-00 Civic should have them, and I can probably pull a whole trans for less than that ebayer wants for the gears.
PM'ing my address.

I likely have a set of those as well, same price as CRX Si. I also found an HF 5th, those bring a prem. although not much different than .702 :)

I'll be out in the cold shop tomorrow, will get pics and everything.

Funny on a trip (no planned time) I have to pick up an EG bumper cover near BWI.

Yeah? I used to do electronics repair at the casino down there. An hour and 15 minute commute when traffic cooperates, thus the cruising gear.

How premium are we talkin?
