ok so i got my car running and moving!!! but it is being over fueled! if i was to put a regulator on it will it help??? because i was playing with it today and when the fuel pump is pluged in it runs like crap and when you unplug it, it runs fine! i still plan to rechip for the 450cc dsm

I would check the fuel pressure before trying to fool with the fuel pressure...
you could hurt some things.

do you have a fuel pressure gauge installed?
having one would tell you your problem

otherwise unless you having bigger injectors with not the perfect tune //over fueling...we all would see the problem clearly

Fuel pressure guage and proper tuning should solve your problem.

^then you need one...
I think I paid 25$ or somthing for mine on ebay...mounted on top of the fuel filter...been working for years


..//I believe they even have a in-line fuel pressure gauge up at autozone...which would really involve cutting one of your fuel lines
(not sure if the gauge registered up to 44psi or so..)

what do you have for managment? at least a basemap? where did you get it? could be sized for the wrong injectors.
