:3dtard: so i just finished my build.........and i went to swap my motor (the same motor as in car, just built, not stock)(i had already done dpfi>mpfi 2 months ago) well it should have just dropped in hooked up and ran like a beauty....well it didnt, alls it does is fire, (i know this because i can feel the exhaust getting hot) just fires and fires, but doesnt start up.....what could it be? i have tried new plugs, wires, and reset the timing....but it still wont start? any ideas on why? motor is D15b2 by the way fully built with lots of bisi...and time....not mentiong money

checked your ECU? getting fuel?....what kind of fuel pressure regulator are you running? if aftermarket then try cracking the fuel line bolt at the end of the rail and let some pressure out it might be building up too much pressure in the rail and overloading the injectors....my old ek w/ y7 did that with a aftermarket FPR and i had to do that 80% of the time for it to start untill i swapped back to the stock FPR

checked both and both were good and no my fpr is not aftermarket

What compression, is cam timing correct, what ignition timing.

If injector timing is incorrect it should still run, it just won't run so well.
