Hi Fellas, my OBX LSD9200 blew. But only one gear got toasted. Anyone know where can I get another? Or even better, manufacture a new from the one intact? They are mirror view gears.

Just throw that one in the garbage or make it a paper weight...go out and buy you a MFactory

I would be greatly surprised if you could get that one part on its own. More than likely you'll be getting a new unit completely. Copying a single gear may cost as much as a new diff from MFactory.

Mfactory is all I would run in my car. OBX lsd's have gone downhill over the years, they use to make a decent unit.

Best bet is to contact the dealer you bought it from.

I would just call it a loss and run an MFactory or Quaife.

The MFactory is $684.95 (USD) plus shipping.

OBX would want a 30% restock fee which is way Aquafina and me no longer deal with them. I install a few Quaifes that the customer buys, but mostly MFactory Torsens of late.

I had my OBX for a year before pulling it out and finding the gear looking just like what you have in the pic. Go for quality LSD unit. It will save you money, time and energy in the long run.

I had my new trans built with an Mfacory unit and I could not be happier!
