I'm running r5672a-9 ngks and regular 10w-40 oil.

Talk to any engine builder why you should not break in a motor on synthetic. I don't know the reason why I just listen well to others that know more than me!

I was told the stuff is too slippery and wont let the rings break-in properly. But that was nearly 20 years ago.

just curios here...what range are these plugs.....NGK R/ ZFR4F 11.....

Humm....i seem to be running those plugs in my car....although i just bought a new set and moved up to 5.....are these too cold....No nitrous...or any Forced induction...

The 4s are stock on some models.
