You certainly have a 'Y8, A/T manifold. Couldn't tell you if its '96-'98, or '99-'00 though. Regardless, it can be modified/converted into the M/T version.
Finished mine up a few weeks ago. Sounds harder than it actually is. Honda left one of the M8 bolting bolt holes present, so it helps align the IACV to add the second M8 tapped hole.
Drilling 'across' from the Throttle Body gasket surface, to the IACV inlet hole, was the trickiest part, but still more than doable (Patience).. Some pics for assurance (Red straw shows the path of that 'Cross' drill):
For those curious; the Pencil outline is the 60mm bore of my to-be-mated/Matched Throttle Body. In this picture, the Manifold bore is untouched (Stock, D16Y8 sized).
