at which point in the fuel table? idle? cruise? wot?

If its still in closed loop it will be all over the place.

Im trying to understand the point of the question...

warmed up, 14.7-16:1, depending on how good your injectors are you can run a little leaner

Can't be too much richer than 14.7:1, I only see a couple mpg (~2) drop when a o2 code is being thrown on my 00' 4dr stock set up

I would guess it would be in the 13's afr

Yea I can't remember what stock was. I believe it was in the 13s .Trying to dial in idle and keep the ecu happy.

factory no idea, but as said above, ~14.7 is fine. some tuners run slightly rich in that area to speed warmup

Mine is usually 15+ when warm, 11-12 cold with o2 disabled.
