Hi, good morning.
I’m building a d series turbo.
I have a D16a block and d16z6 head and I was bought a 208-4301 arp bolts but it’s too long.
which one should i use for this combination?
Arp 208-4305?

depends where you bought the ARP studs from. There are plenty of fakes, wrong labeled boxes, and crappy sellers online who do not check their own inventory.

regardless of the block chosen (all work), you need to make sure the block threads are clean and free of garbage. Run a flat tap through each hole to ensure they are clean.

The studs do NOT get threaded in with a wrench by itself. You want to thread them in by hand, hit the bottom of the hole gently, and back off slightly. If they are ran tight to the bottom of the hole, they do not sit straight, and they will not torque properly.
