i was just wondering if it would be a good idea to purchase a golden eagle vacuum manifold for my turbo setup. I have a dual stage boost controller, and a boost gauge to hook up and thats it. and also a SVE 3 bar mape sensor if that matters. i wouldnt think i would need it for just those 2 accessories, but any input is greatly appreciated.

thanks

you could buy one of those acuum manifolds or do what I am doing. It is a lot cheaper and in my opinion cleaner. Get some brass treaded vacuum nipples, a thread tap and drill into your intake manifold. Obviously you want to have the manifold off to do this so no metal shavings get inside.

pic for reference of what fittings I am talking about:

I bought 4 fittings and 1 thread tap for about $10. Compare that to the cost of the golden eagle vacuum manifold. I will have pics of this project completed this week.
