lets review, your going to damage your crank, but not only that, in the pursuit of an extra half horsepower, you weakened the pulley to the point where now you have to worry about it breaking and taking out the timing belt, along with the head as well.wow, you guys are going to love my pictures when the car is done.
I have an eGay $20 aluminum underdrive crank pulley, milled the 2 unused teeth sets (teeth for p/s, a/c belts) and tonight I took the end mill and put 8 holes going parallel with the bolt.
It weighs .61 pounds.
Transzex knows what hes talking about. This has been covered so much. There is a reason the harmonic damper is there, Honda didn't just feel like spending that much extra money in design/production of their crank pulley!
