Would I be correct in thinking that an underdrive PAS pulley would spin the pump slower, making the steering feel a bit heavier?

Ahh damn, I want to keep the PAS, just make it feel a bit heavier as its fairy light, which I hate.

whats the purpose of the underdrive pulley?
Reduces the amount of power used to run power-steering. I don't know if it is enough to be repeatably measurable though. Some how rigging up electric power-steering off an MR-2 or something would be best since that uses an electric motor to run the pump and a computer to control the motor, so it is only on when you need it.
