Hi
Unfortunately I was forced to rebuild my engine due to bad head gasket

My plan:
-D16Z2 engine (same as D16A6)
-0,6mm (0,023in) gasket
-1,2mm ( 0,048 ) head milling
-d16z6 4-2-1 exhaust manifold
-2inch exhaust (2 mufflers)
-homemade adjustable cam gear
-60something mm throttle body
-CAI homemade
-port&polished head

Compression should be around 10,8:1. I'll be running on 95oct petrol.
Questions: :)
I've read that milling retards the camshaft. Should I advance 4 degrees to get it to 0*?
What else would you recommend me to buy/tune?
What CHP and WHP should I expect?

TIA
Konik

This is as close to homemade as you can get. THis was made in the early 90's way before anyone was making aluminum c/g's. Made from the facotry gear actually. inside was machined out and new piece was machined to fit inside..

Sth like this I think. cam gear and throttle body are not for 100% because of $$$.

Any answers to my queestions?

You see where I'm from Dibble?
N20 is NOT cheap in here + there's no fun for me to have power for a few seconds...
