I building my d16z6 block with eagle rods and vitaras,
I have an apexi IHI RHF5 turbo and manifold

How much psi can this turbo handle, i´m looking for 15 psi.

It will be safe for these turbo???

How much hp´s can I reach with this set up??

RHF5 is jsut the series, like saying you have a T3. It dosen't mean much without knowing what type of RHF5.

Compressor Trim: 57
Compressor Inducer(mm): 46
Compressor Major(mm): 60
Turbine Trim: 82
Turbine Major(mm): 53
Turbine Exducer(mm): 48
Exhaust Housing A/R: .71

Exhaust Housing A/R: .71
have fun spoolin it... at 7k, lol. That thing is a beast; i'd suggest getting a smaller exhaust housing (if possible)

according to IHI's website that turbo is good to 29 PSI. 15 PSI should put you to 200WHP no problem.

that's the Turbo from the Apexi kit. From my previous research, I don't think you can do 29 PSI. You may be lucky to get 20. Also, 300 horses will be pushing the limits of this turbo

I had an IHI RHB5 turbo and boosted a d-series at 20psi for 3 pulls. Both the motor and turbo were fine.

IHI list the turbo as capable to 3 BAR absolute pressure. That translates to 29.4 PSI boost from the turbo. Subtract pumping losses from your air filter, intake, and intercooler and you could reasonably achieve manifold pressure around 25 PSI.

Thats are really good news to me, as soon as I get my del sol d16z6 turboed, I will let you know guys.

I will start with 15 psi.
