I believe I'm finally ready with supporting mods for my turbo build.
Supporting mods completed (so far):
Socketed ECU
Moates Demon 2
HTS (Thinking about getting Neptune)
Skunk2 intake, 70mm tb
550cc injectors
14mm rail, Adjustable FPR, 1to1 rise
T25, water cooled from a Saab 9-5 V6.
Tubular manifold, with a T25 flange looks well made, all TiG and braced at the flange
3' catback.

To Get;
Downpipe-test pipe (custom)
Head studs
FMIC and pipes, BOV(Got it)
Oil Feed and Drain kit(Got em)

I'll be gentle, lol.
There's more to come, now just need the studs, rest is on its way.
Probably going to try and snatch a D15B V-tec that I found hanging out in a local yard.

And now it comes to what feels like a dumb question:
Does it cause these heads any issues if I remove one head bolt at a time, and install the stud and nut, in normal install sequence?
I was thinking that they go to a higher torque than the bolts, so the gasket shouldn't (maybe?) Have an issue.

Or should I just pop the head off and do the gasket?
There's nothing wrong with it now, the only upshot to doing the gasket, as far as I can tell, is putting the steel one on, Y8 I think?
Opinions and options please.
Only going to run 7psi on a T25 size turbo, well it's a HL 15t from a Saab.

Oh, D15B7 with A6 head.( By the casting number on the head)
