Clocking the compressor side is the same as clocking the turbine side but usually the turbine side of the turbo is really tough to break free. With all of the bolts loose you'll probably need to beat on the turbine a little with a rubber malet in order to break it loose.

does any 1 know where to mount the wastegate after the turbo is clocked
You'll have to build an adapter for it. Take a plate, bolt it to the turbo, and bend yourself a new pushrod (or just clamp it to the old one). Its not that hard really.

Another tip, a hammer might be necesary for the turbine housing. Work around the outer edge, and it'll "walk" off.

mine was a pain in the ass to get apart, but after about 10 minutes of beating on it with a mallet it came off.
