Trying to figure out Engine Management and that is all I need.

If I do go with an FMU, wat ratio should I use?
I not sure how to go Crome.
Do I just get the OBD2-OBC1 Harness and an OBD1 Ecu?
How do I get this tuned?
What oil and spark plugs should I get?

My estimate is a [email protected] anyone think otherwise?

well if you are a shitty driver with a riced out junk bucket....15.3

why not go to the track and say look i ran [email protected] mph

how can i make it quicker.

ngk plugs, dont even think about an fmu.... and get a chipped ecu

I'm a good driver. Alot of my friends have me drive their cars at the track for them. My boy used to run consistent 15.2's and after my first run in his car I got a [email protected] 90 in a 2000 Si.

Should I keep the plugs stock?

Who can tune my Crome when I get it and how much should I pay?

I appreciate your info. 13.4 is good. . . Faster than my V8 Formula.

I'm selling the Formula and going Forged.

i dont see you running 13.5s on stock injectors. but thats just me. with an FMU it will blow before it ever sees 11s. pgmfi.org is where you go to learn about crome.

word. I wouldn't trust a FMU at 7psi, let alone if you are gonna turn up the boost (be careful doing this on a stock block, that turbo is a monster!)

I'm ordering a forged bottom end tonight. How much should I pay to have it installed? Just labor as I'll be supplying the parts.

After it's forged I'm gonna get a Cam and Head and turn up the Boost to 18-22 PSI.

With a forged bottom.. just get some beefy injectors (440's are probably good till about up to 330whp, but since you got a forged bottom end you're probably expecting more) and then get tuned on CROME.

You can get an ODBII->OBDI conversion harness from http://www.rywire.com/ and then you can use an OBDI ECU and get tuned on CROME. You can either tune it yourself or find someone who tunes CROME in your area (which is what I'm doing).

i have a virgin p28 ecu ill sell you for 95 shipped best deal youll see on one for awhile....
ditch the stock injectors and get 450's and buy my ecu and run crome !

im not sure if turbo is such a good idea till you do some more research to learn the world a little more. i would hate to see you blow a shit load of money without knowing what you are doing. why not just assemble and install the forged bottom end your self.

where are you located?

I'm gonna go.. 13.8 at 100 if you can cut a 2.0 60'

Launching an Si is easy, launching a big turbo D that suddenly gains 100lbs of torque in 500RPMs is totally different.

110mph traps is 250whp-275whp range.

.. and by the way, guy who made the original thread, I wouldn't expect breaking into the 13s if you're not going over 7psi. Well, just maybe if you look into getting a bomb ass suspension setup.. Traction bars, slicks.. and an OBX ;)

I just installed the Y8 Manifold. Everything was easy. The injector wires and Charcoal canister thing weren't long ago. I started cutting open the loom but I had to go to an appointment.

How much loom do I have to cut off?

Also I left the bracket from the Y7 manifold on for some unknown reason, I think it is oldng up some wires. ow many bolts hold this on? I took off the one bolt tat fastened it to te manifold, question is, Is this removable with te manifold in the car?

I probably wont make it back out till tommorow, can't wait to see if I feel/hear a difference.
