So I'm looking in to going to Bristol Street Fights in May. This is the first time I'll be at a track with a car that's mine haha.

Given the name Street Fight, no slicks permitted for this event.

Current setup:
Stock rebuilt y7
TD05H set for 8 psi(Will probaly shim my WG for 10psi)
Matrix sleeve-overs on new Hon-Duh struts
4K RPM Launch set(uberdata, think this is too high for street tires)

I have 2 sets of tires I can go through:
Douglas Performance GTH (softer rubber compound)
Cooper Cobas(Harder rubber compound than the douglas tire)
All tires 185/60HR14 on Del Sol 5 spokes. I also have access to a set of Douglas Performance GTH 195/60/14 I can toss on my spare set of steelies

Also, drop tire pressure to say 15psi? How will a street tire heat up vs a slick(longer or shorter burnout in the box?)

oooo and one other thing comes to mind concering tuning. All adjustments reguarding tuning have been made at 3200ft above sea level. Would a 1500ft differance Majorly effect the current tune?

Ninja edit: Car uses 93 Octane on a daily basis, anything effected with a 50/50 mix of 93 and 104?

the douglas tires may just heat up as fast as slicks.
