well the honda i just bought needed tps and its so i replaced em i had both laying around. adjusted the tps till the car ran fine. put a multimeter on the tps it reads 4.5 closed and .6 wot which is oppisite of what its supposed to be. and every once in a while when i floor it at 4k it cuts out.

90 civic zc non vtec swap obd0

i used a tps out of a z6

swap the wires around on your tps. i had this problem when i did a MPFI swap.
are you gettin any codes?
thanks someone else verified that this was it there is a thread on it i appreciate it

yes

did this
started surging bt 1 and 2 and everytime i pushed the gas it died so i put it back the way it was

on a lighter note found a huge vaccum leak looked at my z6 mani and there was a plug that went i this hole put it in and idles a lil better and stoped cutting out
