I just make a obd2a to obd1 conversion on my 96 hatch, I'm using a chipped p06 ecu, and change the im from y7 to y8.

I'm using ectune and datalogging, but map and tps values always stay with no changes, no matter if I push the gas partial or complete, to reading variations on both sensors.

Also the readings on the map on idle, are always at .5 bar, not at vaccum, this is wierd, cause I don't have vacuum leaks at all.

I'm lost

Pleas help me guys, need this car running asap, and is smoking black a lot.

I already try changing tps sensors and another map sensors but, same problem.

WTF ???????????????

hmm so you changed the TPS and MAP and still doing the same thing?
If you made your own conversion harness try and source the problem there loose wire or something either then that it could be software related, ask calvin!
also did you mix up the connectors?

it was wierd, tps was broken inside, the part that holds the spring was broken, so the sensor was reading the gas pedal action.
