Hey mates,
found over here with nice price pistons for Suzuki VITARA/SIDEKICK/BALENO 1.6 16V.
Seller says they are for engines G16, B and D.
Brand Toto, code 1718033 + 33-2728.
My block is sited at machining shop.
The package with p2p0 combo is in customs, but they are 75mm. And only now guy from machining shop just tell 75.5 will be better.
I'd prefer not waiting a month and a half to reassemble with 75.5 from EUA.
Anyone used this brand?
They are the right ones for turbo D? I mean, they are equal to YCPs in design, pin positioning, etc.
Well, thanks for any help.
Cheers!

If the machine shop says use 75.5....you know, at face value, probably should do what they say. Pretty sure they are boring your block out .5 and you will need a bigger piston to properly fill the hole

^ like no one has ran 75mm vitaras before huh?

If you are boring out the cylinders then you want to go a bit bigger, waiting equals proper function then wait. You will get piston slap which leads to a boboo down the road. Might as well get down the road under power and not walk it off right?

toto tend to crack ringland on other motor. the material is no good. no experience on their vitara.
yeah, an extremely hypereutectic piston (like they're bragging about with regards to the low coefficient of expansion) will be strong but brittle and susceptible to cracking
