schedule 40 1.25''id weld els there actually 1.5'', just grab a bunch of 90 and 45 deg pcs and 3 foot length of straight pipe, I think I used 8 90's and 4 45's, grab a couple extra of each in case you mess one up, you will need some 1/8th in steel plate to make a cone type box to connect the 4 pipe to turbo flange and wastegate flange, I cut little pieces to fit around the pipe so I didnt have to fill with weld, the rest is self explanatory, its mostly cut and fit, if you have a spare head laying around that helps to make it a little easier. took me about 20hrs from start to finish and materials cost like $45 in pipe, I cut the flanges off a crap china SS turbo mani I had laying around, but you can buy the flanges online, I dont think there that expensive

Looks pretty good man. And that's how people start, and grow into compaies that cater to the people that look for innovation. Then they become money hungry and decide that taking care of the customer is not the priority anymore. Then they think that quantity and quality are one in the same.

Ok JK your not going to turn out like Bisi.

You should probably add in all the details in the first post if this is a DIY:
Where you got the material?
What material you ordered? Ex:90˚, 45˚ straight...how many?
Where you got the flanges?

I cut the flanges off a old manifold but if I were to buy them id look on ebay plus the turbo and wastegate flanges could be different depending on the setup your running

Damn, I might just have to make my own. The welds won't look great, but I can just use some heat wrap over it and no one will know. I would give you rep, but I already did recently.
Haha I asure you the welds look great, I did a lot of custom fabrication for a few diff companies for 8 yrs, if the best is good.....I'm pretty much on top lol

they dont always have to look good to be functional, as long as the pieces are bonded together good thats what really counts
Yeah, I just welded my roll bar in my crx, they are strong welds they just aren't the best looking. Hopefully the tech inspectors won't give me crap.

Also, where did you get the straight pieces? I looked on the website and they just have the 90 and 45 degree ones.
