hey all, hoping some of our overseas members might be able to shed some light on this, im in the process of rebuilding the 'ol zc, and low and behold, cant find even the remnants of the gasket/seals, if worse comes to worse i may just lay some rtv on em and let it dry for a while.

any over seas members have access to any part numbers for these?

or, would anyone else have a better idea to make my own seals, diy's are always appreciated around here.

TIA

I didn't mean lay a bead of rtv on and slap it together, more like lay a bead down, and let it dry to form a seal I guess.

I was at the hardware store and picked up a package of that window screen retainer roll, gonna see if that might do the trick on Monday

if your going to try and use rtv to make a gasket use masking tape around both the inside and outside to make a dam of sorts and fill up the inside channel that you made with rtv.
