Hi... I'm Sergio from spain and this is my first turbo-proyect

First of all , excuse me if my english is not very good looking.

The car is a 1996 Civic "EK3" with the D15Z6 vtec-e engine and my "idea" is to make a reliable street turbo-civic, with AC , good powerband and why not? mileage.

The reason about the powerband is the use I will give to car , cause i live in a mountain countryside. "tougue" ? :pinch:

Is a budget proyect and my goal is to learn about turbo building for my future race-civic.

SO.. this is the part list i will use to the proyect, started this week and hope to finish on september, waiting for some parts.

Header: custom made "log" style AC compatible
Turbo: T0313 42/63 45trim from a Volvo GLT
FMIC: Used from a RX7 2generation 2" pipes
Downpipe and catback: Custom made 2,5"
Wastegate: Internal stock 8psi
Bov: Used DSM 1g
Inyectors: DSM 450cc bluetops
IC piping: custom made 2"
Oil lines and vacum: custom made with some "egay" part
gauges: Race sport "made in spain"

Will tuned on crome-pro

The car

All the info , opinion, help , etc are welcome!!!!

Pics about the start , later.

OK and the exhaust 5 bolt tape.

catching some form...

the downpipe flange too V-band

Finish... I make the T3 flange interior hole with "rotoflex" cause the conector to header is different than T3 flange

A possibility to the "ITV"... here is the annual car-test and emissions...

Dp stop... now the oil return line... with the attachemnts gave..

Mike, please..

And the oil lines....

the final distribution is not that.... cause the temp. sensor is on the "closed" part of the line and can trouble with the real lecture...

I thinking to put the stock pressure on the Tee and on the oil collector the rest... at the final the turbo line to make oil passage and take good lectures...

The "spanish" gauges...

Very cheap and work.

For now is good...

regards!!!!!!!!!!

So what kinda of PCV system you gonna run?

I will to anule the PCV system and go with a catch can for the block exit return to the intake, and a breather for the tape

and the possibility of make more recirculation putting the postive side of the intake to upper case... but i don't have clear...

The EGR system will of too...
