So I have a 97 with d16y8 it just died going down road, I bought it from a friend who been scamming people as taking their money for car and then shutting it off using tracking device then comes n takes it. I caught him up bragging to someone about it. So I took him to court. Anyway I unhooked it and I still can't get it to start it has compression timing is good main relay is good injectors pulse spark is good new plugs new distributor new fuel filter air filter, cranks but won't start

I'm completely lost..so if I have a civic lx 98 with a d15b swap...using d16y5 intank manifold and d16y5 harness and also have jumper harness to run the p28ecu..everything seems to plug in normal but i don't hear fuel pump prime nor do I have spark....help please I need answers....(new fuel pump)
