Took my car to the track for fun. best run was a 17.823. Just wanted to see what my stock y7 could do for the hell of it.

Wow, I always wondered how slow my Y7 was. Figured something like an 18 second car.

Thanks for takin one for the team here. I'm sure it was kind of embarrasing...

actually, i honestly think it could have been lower in the 17's if he didnt have 250lbs of excess shit in his car :lol:

but it was for fun.... & he was curious what it would run. also the same reason i ran mine.

Like sohc rules says, it would of helped if i took all the crap out of my car. I still have the spare and jack plus my air tank (stupid slow leak in the tire) and the rest of the stuff i didnt take out. I'm sure it could have dont better if i had checked my tire pressure and stuff and burnt out, not to mention my clutch on its way out.

ya i know a dx will run better than 17s. my sisters old 97 dx ran 10.20 in the 1/8th

I know its not the best time, and im sure it could be better, but it was my first time on the track. Another thing that whould have helped was a tach. I just wanted a idea of what it could do so then i can run it after some mods.
