Ah, that was fun. Um to get the actual plug off. Its a screw driver and time. Took me a long time to get off. Very frustrating.

As for the socket, I believe it was something like 23mm. I had to go out and buy the socket. Honda-tech archieve told me at the time.

shit, that was the hardest part of my build.... no joke :(

I think the wire just pulls of the sender. Take off that condom thingy first

i used a needlenose too, but i used it to pry between the sender and the clip and it popped off :TU:

using a flat head screwdriver to pop off the plastic white wire clip worked for me and to verify iis a 24mm socket for the oil sending unit for my D15B7...
