I'm woundering what psi i should run with this turbo if im wanting to put out 250whp for d16z6

what trim?
whats your area radius of the exhaust, and cold side?
what altitude? whats your compression look like in all your cylinders?
tunning, fuel maps, map sensor?

with the same turbo i made 255whp @ 11-12 psi but like everyone says it all depends on ALOT such as the build, the exhaust, the tunning, how much is it bore out too, the comprecion of the pistons and fuel management ....etc etc SEARCH my friend... we will help you but you have to help out too!!! do some reaserch and you will learn, alot i did....lol

why is psi such a concern?
just get it tunned to 250 hp and call it a day.
it can be anywhere between 10 to 20 psi depending on the tune.
if you want 20 psi, then give it a shitty tune and have high boost bragging rights:)

psi means nothing, its all about volume or cfm.
altitude makes a difference as well.
whats your compression ratio?
my point is that theres too many variables to determine your question.
even between to stock motors, minor variables such as compression, altitude, or fuel maps make a huge difference.

from your cut and paste specs im guessing that its an ebay china turbo just like ryan said.
