So i was driving today normal as usual not shifting over 3,000RPM's. Then about 5 min into driving my check engine light comes on? So I shut my car off and turn it back on and it goes away. So im still driving and notice my car is bogging at some points and at idle is almost stauling. I get home pop my hood and see a hint of a haze above my headlights. But dont see anymore smoke. Well then i almost shit my pants when i saw the awesome small lake of oil resting under my car and all OVER THE UNDER PART OF MY CAR! Well turns out i blew a fucking oil pan gasket who ho! So will i have to drop the Header in order to get the oil pan off? I know u have to on B-Series but just wondering about D. BTW its a mini-me D16y8 head with a D15b8 block. Thanks.

I had to drop the exhaust to change my oil pan gasket...

I'd say yes would be a pretty safe answer..

..or you could just stick your head under the car and look?
