I know its probably a noob question, but I searched and didn't get an answer just suggestions for aftermarket stuff. I was wondering what was the strongest oem replacement connecting rod we can use on a D16? Thankx guys.

I know i'm gonna want more but right now money is tight, so just doing a low low budget build for now. I'm already thinking of 12psi and haven't even started lol.

unless you plan on tearing down and replacing the internals with after market rods AND pistons.. you'll be fine with stockers. Nobody should pull there rotating assembly apart for just rods.

PSI don't break things. it's HP. So a small turbo with 10psi might be totally fine on stock rods... But 10psi on say a .60trim will break things.
