ok so i put the d16y8 in the sol and it was running all good, then i go around a turn blowing the tires off, blah blah long story short the 2 holes that go into the block for the upper driver side motor mount stripped out and the motor jus kind fell. what can i do to get threads in there, or whatever i need to do, thanks

the only fix for that is to take it to a machine shop and let them install "Heli-Coil" thread inserts so it will be back to the correct size.

You can buy a Heli-coil kit at a parts store. They arn't that hard to install. You may be able to do it in the car. The kits are like 30 bucks but they will hold better than before. Good luck

lol man i never seen that happen guess thats what happens when the bolt is cross thread and u force it in anyways,but i would do what bigdaddi said that the only right way to fix the porb.

that was fixed 2 weeks ago in detroit, tim had a extra mount stashed in his garage.

I also test fitted the supercharger setup..........but you'll have to wait :)
