Curious if anyone has ever done a stock tune with crome with maybe nothing done or just some of the obvious - header, CAI or shortram, maybe exhaust. I realize maybe most people do not want to pay for dyno time for this, but curious if anyone has already done this.

Interested in how much better the stock ECU with Almost nothing (except for maybe minor parts listed above) done to the stock motor/cam can be improved.

Tuning the ecu with only minor mods will probably only yield a couple horsepower, probably not worth it. But with very smart part throttle tuning, you can actually up your gas mileage.

yup! its worth it IMO any amount of HP is worth it. if you have a friend with a widband just go for it. dyno time w/o a wideband is pretty cheap.

len it out in part throttle and retard some timing to keep EGT's down will net very nice mpg gains. EGT gauge is a verry nice tool as well as a w/b.
