we have done around 3 dozen ZC swaps and haven't had a problem with most stock hoods - on some cars that have had previous front end damage and weren't put back together correctly, they may rub a little, in which case we just cut out the webbing - on the Si models that have the sound deadening blanket on the bottom side of the hood, we have had to cut a little hole in the blanket
a word of caution about ZC CF hoods from Ebay - we have seen several of these hoods that have the ZC "bubble" on the top, but when you turn them over, they are just flat like a stock hood (not indented to clear timing cover) - check it out before you buy!
