i ust bought a z6 over the weekend to start my build (boost), and was wondering if when i order my pistons if i need to send the block to a machine shop to get the pistons matched, or can i just hone the cyliners? i want to get std. bore srp's from tuner toys and their h-beams. thanks guys for the help in advance. oh yeah, and i was also wondering if i need a to get a different distributor cause y engine didnt come with one? i currently have a

I would get the pistons and rods first.....Then have your mechanic find a block that will work with the Stock bore.....if you cant do it this way...and you can do it yourself then it might be easier for you to do it the other way....."Eliminating the possiablity of picking up a block and having it not work" at least for me heh....Dont overbore anyways if you are going Turbo...
stay with the Stock bore. this is atleast what i will be doing in a couple weeks..
