i was talking to someone today about traction bars, and he said a better route, though more expensive, would be to replace my bushings with spherical bearings. has anyone done this. where would be a good place to get the parts.

So, your car is a trailer queen? You don't want sphericals if you plan on driving it on the street. It will work, but the bearings will wear quickly and need to be replaced regularly. Not a problem if you've got money to burn and love doing work on your car. I find it somewhat amusing that on a board that thinks KYB's are the shizzle and Koni yellows are expensive there is a question about spherical bearings. I'm not saying the OP isn't more financially blessed and serious about his setup, just commenting on the tone of the board.
