well a few months ago my speedo stopped working and I finally got to replace the speedo sensor... well i swapped it out and it still doesnt work... I checking wiring and plug and whatnot, but no improvement... could it be the gauge cluster? if so I guess time to put in a nice si-r gauge cluster .... by the way this is a 96 dx that has a obd-1 ecu

did you clean the connector at the VSS?????

Cures 99% of all speedo failures. I learned this after selling 5-6 VSS units.
