On 6-7 psi boost setup, does it need cooler spark plugs range ?

I got NGK Iridium ones...

So, does it need higher voltage coil ?

What kind of fuel management do you have? You might want to go with a one step colder plug anyways. Oh and the stock honda ignition is good to damn near 400hp by the way so you won't need another coil.

What engine do you have? Just go to the NGK site and figure out what spark plug your stock car has and then pick one or two steps colder. I used stock heat range plugs in my car and gapped them to .044 and it ran fine, but I just bought one step colder plugs and I am going to gap them at .035 to start with just to be safe.

you want to get the ngk plugs that are 2 steps colder than stock. set the gap to like starting at .035 and if that seems ot have issues at full boost drop to .032 and then .030 and so on till problem resolves. But don;t go less than .026
