I bought this 1991 civic DX hatch shell for $300 with a walbro 255 fuel pump, wired for multi port...ect. no motor, tranny, no rims, no interior for real, and needs work..

I plan to get all black si interior, front and rear lip, tint, better suspension and so much more. I guess I bought another project. haha..

I sold the CRX shell for some LS meshs and a zex nitrous kit.

Heres the hatchy...

let me know what ya'll think..

wow good luck with that
It's not really that bad.

I think i made out, the parts alone are worth 300. It has an expensive ass catback exhaust on it and the walbro fuel pump..

But, I like restoring EF chassis cars :) gotta find em and save em.

Will do.

For now, I'm probably just going to stick with the D15b jdm sohc vtec bullshaaaat, spray it for a while and do LS turbo in the summer or something. I just want a stout setup.

I've got a lot of plans for this car.
sounds good man if i may ask whats the plans? :)

EDM/JDM stock wing replacement (longer)

Better suspension (still pondering on what I oughta go with)

Fix the body, tint, front and rear lip, JDM one pieces

Si black interior and probably a GSR guage cluster conversion and then for motor wise, sell the d15b jdm vtak, haha and do LS/VTEC turbo and tune the hell out of it and just daily drive it.

Possibly a carbon fibre hood.

Nice.

Only real troubling part is the quarter panel dent, quarter panel work is always pricey/hard.

looks cool, but why get rid of a CRX shell and get a shell from the station wagon version of the CRX?

I love and respect you hatch guys... but I gotta say it... arent they really just Japanese station wagons?

/ducks

I've built like 6 crx's.

I got bored with them, I still got the love for them. But I missed my old white EF hatch.

Station wagon or not, I like.
cool man. just fucking with you and the hatch community :)

Trust me, I love seeing fixed up hatches. (but they are wagons ;p)
